Cancellation
- If the supplier has not reached the minimum passengers required or due to weather or other force majeure factors resulting in the cancellation of the original booking, we will provide a full refund or recommend a selection of similar products in exchange. We will do our best to accommodate the travel needs of our customers
- If a travel product or service contains the phrase “upon confirmation, the departure date cannot be changed or refunded” within the Product Details section, we will not accept any modifications or refunds for this product. The Change and Refund Policy table above will not apply
- All tours groups can only be cancelled by Gotrip Travel Service and cannot be cancelled by the tour group supplier
- If you are late or absent due to reasons such as flight delays or failure to participate in the specified travel product, Gotrip Travel Service will do its best to coordinate a solution with you. This is not a guarantee. In any event, we will not accept modification or cancellations in this scenario
- There will be no refunds after participation in a travel product or service
- If the customer needs to cancel the reservation for any reason, the bank transfer fee will be deducted in the refund together with the cancellation fee
Refund Methods
- The refund method will be the same as the payment method, the currency of the refund will also be the same as the currency of the order
- The exchange rate at the time of refund will be the same as the exchange rate at the time of payment. You will be responsible for any exchange differences
- You will be responsible for the processing fees of the bank or payment institution that may be incur at the time of payment or refund
- It may take up to 2 months for the credit card refund to be settled in your account
- It may take up to 10 working days for Alipay and bank refunds to be processed
